We use your products in our EV charging stations – targeted at DIY / open-source market. The new product – EMW JuiceBox – a 15kW / 60A Open Source level 2 charging station – is the most powerful EV charging station available today. We use your 6 AWG THHN wires for internal 60A wiring (AWG 6) and use your 8/3 Type W industrial cable for power supply to the charging station (AWG 8 – 3C cable).

We also use your products in our EV chargers – mostly the same #6 AWG THHN  wiring to connect all the high-power components.

His company provides design and fabrication services for event productions in the entertainment industry.

Here’s a project we just did:
It’s a fire hose pump system – for paint.  They’re used at concerts – the audience wears all white and they spray fluorescent paint all over the crowd.  We used 8-5 SOOW for the main power feed, 10 AWG MTW for the on-board AC wiring, and 20 AWG 7/c Communication cable for the low voltage remote control. It all worked out great!

Flexible 1/0 Welding Wire For Antenna Reader Tracking Muskie Fish

Wire And Cable Your Way wants to send a big thanks and appreciation to our customer Kevin for all the great wildlife research work he is doing in Ohio.

Kevin sent in the above photo of his team working along a river dam rolling 1/0 Welding Cable down to the bank of the river.  The team uses our 1/0 Welding cable which functions as an antenna reader which helps track muskie fish traveling along the river.

The team is researching large muskie sport fish which can get up to 50 inches long.  The team is monitoring the fish and tracking how many they are losing along the dam.

As an antenna reader, the 1/0 Welding Cable sits along the bank of the river and sends signals once the fish cross the dam notifying the team how many of the fish are staying alive.

8 Gauge 3 Conductor SOOW Portable Cord For iTig200 Welder (Welding Machine)

Our customer, Richard out up in Wisconsin sent us a photo of a iTg200 Welder he is currently using.

Richard purchased our 8/3 SOOW Portable Cord 600V to hook up to the welding machine.  Richard is learning how to weld and is beginning with welding bicycle frames!

Here is what Richard had to say:

The welding machine I am using is an Everlast Power iTig 200. It’s 200 amp and recommends a 40 amp breaker. I am learning to TIG weld with it and working to get good enough to weld bicycle frames. Just got a foot pedal and that helped a bunch on thin walled tubing. Welded right along the edge of some 1/16 inch tubing tonight with out blowing the edge away. The 40 amp 8/3 SOOW portable cable from the range outlet in the house works great.
